Patient profiles: every visit, file and letter in one place

View and manage your patients in one place. Follow each patient on a dated timeline, and generate and manage letters and reports for every patient. Each profile is built from AI Scribe sessions and the PDF summaries of past notes, for solo and small practices.

How a patient profile gets built

You enter the patient's details once. The clinical picture then builds from two sources you already review: what was said in each visit, and the PDF summaries of the patient's past notes.

AI Scribe sessions

Every visit adds its transcript and its note to the profile's timeline.

PDF summaries of past notes

Upload past notes and records as PDFs. The summaries you approve join the profile.

One patient profile

Conditions, medications, history and the visit timeline in one place. Every line links back to the session or the file it came from.

One patient list for every provider in the practice

Find a patient, open a quick view without leaving the list, and step into the full profile when you need the detail.

  • Quick view shows the summary before you open the chart.
  • See which doctor each patient is assigned to in multi-doctor clinics.
  • Create a profile once and link every session to it.

Visit history, organized by patient

Every session, with its transcript and uploaded files, sits in date order under the patient. Open any visit to see exactly what was said and what was filed.

  • Sessions, files, letters and reports organized by tab.
  • Start a new session straight from the profile.
  • Letters and reports stay with the patient they belong to.

Patient timeline

A patient timeline of every AI Scribe session and uploaded document

Open a patient and switch to the Timeline tab. Every AI Scribe session and every uploaded document appears as a dated entry, newest first, so you can see the patient's documented history at a glance before the visit.

  • Each entry is tagged as an AI Scribe session or an uploaded document.
  • AI Scribe entries show a short preview of what the patient reported in that visit.
  • Uploaded documents are marked once they're processed and added to the profile.

A running patient summary you can trace line by line

Focus mode puts the patient's overall summary next to the session timeline. Click any line to see the transcript passage or file it came from.

Referral letters, insurance letters and reports, kept with the patient

Referral letters

Drafted from the visit content and saved to the patient's Letters tab.

Insurance letters

Prior authorization, appeal and medical necessity drafts built from what was documented.

Patient handouts

Plain-language summaries and next steps, ready to print or share after review.
